C-Series 304 Stainless Steel
All 304 stainless steel drills are produced from full hard tubing with cutting edges machined and sharpened for maximum consistency. Relatively inexpensive, C-Series stainless steel yields extremely sharp edges and is available in a range of gauge sizes. These sizes can be further modified to provide many inside diameters, wall thicknesses and tip configurations. This series is typically used for holes as small as .005" diameter. Resultant hole diameter from any size drill varies with durometer of material being processed and the methods used. Listed hole sizes are an approximate guideline. Standard overall drill length is 1 1/2".
